This process includes:
-
a
self-assessment form which you complete,
-
a similar form to be completed by the local church
Staff/Pastor Parish Relations Committee, and
-
a discussion between each clergy and the District
Superintendent. Please bring two copies of your
written response to the self-evaluation questions when
we meet. Your summary should be no more than two
pages in length.
Clergy should have received a copy a letter and
Evaluation Form, dated October 25, which was sent to
Staff/Pastor-Parish Relations Committee Chairs. In cooperation
with the Chair, you will need to call a SPPRC meeting so that
the committee can complete their evaluation. Please remind
your committee that this is their official form for evaluation
and they need to give it prayerful, thorough consideration.
The Staff/Pastor-Parish Relations Committee form must be
returned to the District Office no later than November 28, 2008.
